Argentina held their open training session inside the Estadio Independencia in Belo Horizonte, where they are based, and in addition to drawing a huge crowd, the session was cut short by a number of pitch invaders wanting to get close to Argentina’s star attraction. La Selección were unable to get much done before a number of over eager fans entered the pitch to take some souvenirs from the players. Messi seemed quite happy to give his training top to a fan while some of the other players, who were more forcibly stripped looked a tad more agrieved. The highlight was an appearance from Atlético Miniero star, Ronaldinho (ok a lookalike) who bowed down to Messi. With the start of the World Cup less than 24 hours away it is all getting rather exciting.
