Carlos Tevez has been recalled to the Argentina squad for the forthcoming November friendlies by Gerardo Martino ending months of speculation. The Juventus striker has continued his fine form in Italy this season and so following the disappointment of the defeat to Brazil, Tevez has been given a shot. Otherwise the squad remains similar but there are also call-ups to Manchester City keeper, Willy Caballero and Atletico Madrid defender, Cristian Ansaldi.

The two friendlies are in grounds very familiar to Tevez as Argentina face Croatia on November 12th at West Ham’s Upton Park and then Portugal on Tuesday November 18th at Old Trafford.
