Los Andes gained promotion back to the Nacional B for the first time in five and a half years yesterday evening with a 3-1 win over Almagro. The side from the Greater Buenos Aires barrio of Lomas de Zamora celebrated winning Zona B after goals from Alejandro Noriega (2) and Cristian Soria overturned Damián Arce’s early goal for the visitors. Los Andes join Chacarita who captured the Zona A title earlier in the week.
