Boca still 100% in the Libertadores after easing past Montevideo Wanderers (VIDEO)

Boca Juniors Jonathan Calleri C celebrates a score during the match of the Libertadores Cup 2015 a

Jonathan Calleri returned to the Boca starting eleven last night in Uruguay and it was the 21-year-old’s brace that gave Boca a fifth straight victory in this year’s Copa Libertadores. The draw in group five was kind on Boca but Rodolfo Arruabarrena’s side have mercilessly swept to qualification, scoring seventeen and conceding two.

Montevideo Wanderers only lost 2-1 in La Bombonera but were on the end of a 3-0 defeat last night. Jonathan Calleri headed Boca in front after only eight minutes and just after the break Andrés Chávez squared for Calleri to finish off a fast counter. Luciano Fabián Monzón added a third with a free-kick twenty minutes from time and Boca cruised to another victory.

Boca appear to be heading for the number one seeding with a 100% record and will be hoping that they can become the first side to be seeded first and go on to lift the trophy.

Montevideo Wanderers  0 – 3  Boca Juniors
