Argentinos remain winless in the Primera this season but showed a marked improvement in halting Huracán’s fine recent form and denying El Globo the opportunity to join Lanús at the top of Zone Two. For the worst defence in the league to prevent in-form striker Ramón Ábila from adding to his tally for the season is certainly a step in the right direction but Los Bichos might have deserved more from Monday night’s match. Lautaro Rinaldi missed a gilt-edged chance before half time and struck the post five minutes before the final whistle.
