Libertadores: Tigre lose again and chances of progression look slim

Tigre travelled to Lima, Peru for their second game in this years competition against Sporting Cristal but sadly were on the end of the same result as last week’s game against Libertad.  They were behind after 30 minutes as a result of an excellent free kick from Renzo Sheput and in the second half the lead was extended by Carlos Lobaton.  The result leaves Tigre bottom of group 2 ahead of games against Palmeiras. In a similar position to Arsenal these next back to back games against Brazilian opposition will make or break their Libertadores hopes.
