In 2011, seven-year-old Leonel Coira made international news as he became the youngest ever signing by Real Madrid. The prodigiously talented, Argentine youngster was incorporated into Madrid’s famous youth academy and since then has continued to attract interest, scoring over 300 goals for Los Merengues.
However, the Buenos Aires born attacker, has decided to end his time in Madrid and after being courted by several top European sides he has signed with La Liga rivals, Valencia.
Leonel Coira’s father explained that his son was now longer enjoying his football with Real Madrid and although Juventus and Manchester City were interested, they opted to remain in Spain.
Coira has already made his Valencia debut and scored this cracking free kick.
