Lucas Viatri powered El Pincha in front minutes before half time after a corner from the right had invitingly bobbled across the face of goal and in the closing stages Lucas Rodríguez put the result beyond doubt.
A simple finish for the 19-year-old after Maximiliano Gagliardo had smothered Gabriel Graciani’s initial effort. Rodríguez will have more difficult chances this season but could be one to look out for if Estudiantes impress again.
