Arsenal claim huge three points with rearranged second half win over Olimpo (VIDEO)

After rain stopped play at half time a few weeks ago in Sarandí, Arsenal and Olimpo returned for what could be a massive 45 minutes in the relegation battle on Thursday evening.

The two sides began the day in the two positions just above the drop zone and remain there ahead of the weekend but Marcos Curado’s headed winner puts Humberto Grondona’s side above their rivals and eyeing an escape that looked improbable a few weeks ago.

Aldosivi’s tricky run-in means that all in Bahía Blanca will be praying that Temperley and Quilmes don’t manage many points.
