Nacional B sides Guillermo Brown de Puerto Madryn and Chacarita Juniors are currently battling it out for promotion to the Primera División and while it’s the Funebreros that hold the slender advantage in the league, it was Brown, who secured victory in the Copa Argentina to likely face Boca Juniors in the last 32.

Santiago Giordana’s superb volley twelve minutes from time sealed the win in Neuquén and provided Primera champions Boca Juniors are not shocked by Gimnasia y Tiro de Salta, Guillermo Brown will face the Buenos Aires giants.

Five matches remain in the Nacional B and while a cup exit will be disappointing for Chacarita, promotion is of far greater importance. Argentinos Juniors look almost certain to lift the title but these two sides contest that one remaining spot.
