Following the disappointment of the international break and Juventus’ humbling Champions League defeat to Barcelona in midweek, Paulo Dybala provided a simply brilliant response on Sunday with a hat-trick in the 3-1 win over Sassuolo.
On his 100th appearance for Juventus, Dybala took his tally to 52 goals, eight in four this season, and helped the Old Lady maintain their 100% start to the Serie A campaign.
The 23-year-old opened the scoring with a sensational first-time shot from outside the box after quarter on an hour and doubled the lead minutes into the second half with an instinctive toe-poke through a crowded penalty box.
Paulo Dybala has scored 66.7% of Juventus’ 15 goals in all competitions this season.
